This process involved sanding off the existing finish, removing part of the body, applying a new matte finish, designing and shaping a new pick guard, rewiring of hardware with new components, and reassembly of finished guitar.
This piece can be defined as a self portrait. The idea was to reflect the person I am without showing myself outright. The construction of my bedroom on a miniature scale allows the viewer to better understand who I am without ever actually seeing my face.
